KeepKite ("we") provides network connectivity and a subscription service for developers using coding agents. We do not provide or resell accounts for any third-party AI service; you are responsible for complying with the terms of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, GitHub, Cursor and other providers.

2. Accounts#

• Provide a valid email address and keep your password and subscription link safe.
• You are responsible for traffic used through a leaked subscription link; reset it in the console if you suspect a leak.

3. Acceptable use#

You may not use the service for activities that violate applicable law, including attacking other systems, sending spam, distributing malware or infringing intellectual property. We may suspend or terminate the service when we detect abuse.

4. Payment and refunds#

• Plan prices are those shown at checkout in the console; subscriptions start as soon as payment succeeds.
